SHIPPING & RETURNS

LUXE Protection Films is a wholesale (B2B) supplier. We ship to authorized dealers, installers and distributors, not to the general public. Orders placed through our wholesale store at luxeppfilms.com ship from our facility in Fremont, California.

Shipping is calculated at checkout on your dealer account. Rates are set against your account and shown in full, with the service options available to your address, before you pay.

United States — full rolls. Full rolls (60 in × 50 ft) ship by ground at a flat rate set by the number of boxes in the order. Each roll travels in its own box at roughly 21 lb, so the rate is predictable across the country and does not vary by distance. Every shipment includes a tracking number.

Transit time: 3–5 business days within the continental United States once the order ships. UPS is our preferred U.S. carrier. For multi-roll orders to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. territory, contact us first so we can confirm service and transit time. Orders larger than ten roll boxes are quoted as freight — contact us before ordering.

United States — accessories, tools and everything else. Installation tools, LUXE GLIDE InstaGel, color decks, Windshield Guard, interior and headlamp film, and sample product ship on separate rates from full rolls. Standard and priority options are offered at checkout, along with live UPS rates calculated from weight and destination.

Full rolls cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box — the carton is 60 inches long and needs a street address with someone available to receive it. For APO/FPO or P.O. Box delivery of accessories and consumables, contact us before ordering so we can confirm a workable service.

Canada and international. Shipping to Canada and to all other countries is calculated live at checkout against DHL Express, FedEx and DHL eCommerce rates for your destination and order weight. You will see the exact cost and the available services before you pay. International orders generally take 5–10 business days depending on the service selected.

Duties, import taxes and customs charges are assessed by the destination country. They are not included in the rate shown at checkout and remain the responsibility of the receiving dealer.

Order processing. Orders are picked, packed and released within 1–2 business days. Roll orders are boxed and labeled to order. You will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and tracking number once the order ships, and we will contact you if anything delays it.

Damage, shortages and returns. Inspect every shipment at delivery. Where damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, then report it within 5 business days with photographs of the carton as received, the shipping label, the packing slip and the damaged product. Full detail — RMA requirements, restocking, refund timing and what is not returnable — is in the LUXE Returns & Refunds Policy. To open a claim, use the LUXE Return Claim Form.

Return FAQs

Yes, within limits. LUXE is a wholesale supplier and returns are handled dealer to manufacturer.

Unopened, factory-sealed product may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened product is not eligible for standard return; where LUXE elects to accept it, a 50% restocking fee applies.

Not returnable: custom-cut, plotter-cut or made-to-order product; clearance and final-sale items; anything past 30 days; and installed film, which is a warranty matter rather than a return. The full policy is published at luxeppfilms.com/pages/returns-policy and governs.

An RMA number is required — returns received without one are refused. File the claim first, then ship.

Use the LUXE Return Claim Form or email Warranty@luxeprotectionfilms.com with your order or invoice number, proof of purchase, and the product SKU, size and lot number. LUXE reviews claims within 2 business days and issues an RMA number and return address by email. Write the RMA number on the outside of the carton and ship it back at your expense, insured and with tracking.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being received and inspected.

Damage in transit is handled as a carrier claim. Where damage is visible at delivery, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Report it within 5 business days of delivery and provide photographs of the carton as received, the shipping label, the packing slip and the damaged product.

Send these to Warranty@luxeprotectionfilms.com or file through the LUXE Return Claim Form. Once the documentation is approved, LUXE replaces the product free of charge. Damage reported after 5 business days, or without photographs, cannot be substantiated with the carrier.

30 days from the delivery date, for both unopened and opened product. Anything past 30 days is not returnable.

Yes. Return shipping is paid by the sender. LUXE does not issue prepaid return labels for standard returns — ship insured and with tracking. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded.

Transit damage claims are the exception: those usually require no return shipment, as replacement product ships once the documentation is approved.

Yes, from authorized dealers, on the same terms. Contact Warranty@luxeprotectionfilms.com before shipping anything back — an RMA number is required. Return shipping, and any duties or customs charges arising on the return, are the sender's responsibility.

Unopened returns must be factory-sealed with all seals and liners intact, in the original packaging with the original core, box and labels, and free of writing, retail stickers, or removed lot and batch labels.

Opened returns, where accepted, must arrive in resalable condition. Partially used rolls, cut sheets, plotter-cut pieces, and product showing handling damage, contamination or edge lift are not accepted. Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible.

Yes. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method by default. Dealers with an open account may instead request account credit, or a straight exchange for the same product in a different size or finish — note your preference on the claim form.

Replacement product ships once the return has been received and inspected, or, for an approved transit damage claim, once the documentation is approved.
